Currently working on several Green Workforce Development Programs:
---Small Business Resource Management System (Envirolution and MakeMeSustainable.com auditing tool. The focus will be to train youth to use this tool to become small business sustainability consultants. This incredible tool serves both the auditor and the business. First version to appear in the next few weeks!)
--Win-Win Campaign in NYC: Envirolution and MakeMeSustainable in partnership with various notable companies, organizations and government agencies have developed a:
• Small business energy and carbon footprint auditing and rating campaign
• Energy consulting training program for high school and college students
• All housed in our online Small Business Resource Management System [SBRMS]
--High School and College extracurricular club model in Reno/Tahoe (Currently we are facilitating 6 HS clubs and 2 college clubs. 3 of our HS's are working on full energy audits of their entire campuses. One club has started their own recycled clothing and merchandise business.)

First Quarter '09 Goals:
--Launch Win-Win officially in NYC and have 20 students doing 100 audits and seeing a 30% reduction in GhG/CO2 emissions
--Develop extra-curricular Club model further, put together a Club Workbook (How to start your own Envirolution Club), finish 3 complete energy audits and implement energy efficiency reduction campaigns, engage in 3 additional energy audits, and then look to raise money to develop further and expand.
--Website v2 (including a more comprehensive individual sustainability Challenge and a Club profile network software)
